Bought an open box washer and it works and looks great !!

Bought as an open box in excellent condition and description of condition is accurate and works like new

I've only used the washer a few times since it was installed, but it seems to work very well, and I am so happy. I young people who brought it to us are absolutely 'the best', so pleasant. helpful, and considerate. I have to say though, the phone customer service is really bad, I couldn't understand a word that was said to me.

This Washer is working great.I REALLY like the removable agitator feature. It is a more efficient way to wash sheets & larger towels .I also like the feature of the Water Auto Sensing,I feel this feature helps save on water.

This is a great washer giving me lots of water level choices and a second rinse option. Few frills but it does more than my fancier one and it still has my removable agitator. I am happy to have this one with knobs

Love my new Whirlpool Washer. It does a great job cleaning and is very quiet! The removable Agitator is a must for washing blankets, quilts, etc.

Very quiet when running. I like you can remove the agitator if you want wash heavy blankets. So far it’s done a great job.

Our family had a Whirlpool washer and dryer for over twenty years. It was time to replace them. We went to Best Buy to shop. They had this pair of washer and dryer for a good price. We purchased the units and scheduled them for installation. The Geek Squad came and did a fantastic job on the install. The two units worked wonderfully and we are very satisfied.

I haven't had a machine with this many advanced features, so I was a bit thrown at first. It does an amazing job at cleaning the clothes, you just have to be patient at first to learn to understand all the settings. And you'll absolutely LOVE the removable agitator that will allow you to wash a large comforter or blanket so easily.

The men who delivered and installed the washing machine were friendly and courteous. They also did a great job. The whirlpool works great !

best buy the place to go buy all your electronics, appliances, at a good price, with people who will help u find what u need. Best buy has many brands to choose from, they have good compatible prices, so u dont have to go shop at other stores

The process of buying my washer was very easy with Best Buy. As a single senior I felt very secure with my new washer. The sales rep was excellent at helping me find exactly what I wanted. The 2 delivery men were delightful. I would definately recommend a purchase from Best Buy.

I love this washing machine! It does a great job cleaning all our clothes and does good even when filled full! I have had Whirlpool appliances before and they are a excellent brand. I am very happy with the sensors for water levels and everything. It does make a little bit of noise but it's not bad at all. It's quieter than my last washer I had that's for sure! I would get this model again and recommend it to family and friends as well!

So far, so good. The noise level is minimal. Used several different wash cycles and the clothes and bedding have been just right. Have been using for just about a month.

Very reasonable price. I prefer this type of washers because they are easy to operate. I can do big load of clothes. It’s a very reliable brand.

Had one of these in an apartment we rented and it worked amazing, so we had to get it for our new home we moved into! I like that it’s not overcomplicated and it has only the necessary options that any normal family household would need.
