Great value. Love the size of the washer and easy to use.

It has only been a couple of weeks since we received the washer, so far so good, we are still figuring out the cycle options, we were not looking for too many option, we wanted a simple but efficient washer, I think that we found it.

this whirlpool top load washer works perfect, and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Works exactly as expected, everytime. All the options needed with no overkill. A good dependable basic hard working washing machine.

Still trying to determine if I will be keeping. Actually love how clean my clothes are, however very noisy lots of clicking while progressing through different cycles. Still not able to determine why water levels are so low on some washes.

I purchased this washer 2023. First couple months it worked fine if I was only washing t shirts, underwear and lightweight pants. Anything “heavy” such as a hoodie or jacket & it would sound like there is an alligator in the drum trying to kick out. The washer makes the most loudest and obnoxious banging ever! The drum inside moves like crazy, Just recently the washer seems to be draining forever. (It doesn’t turn off) after the cycle is done it continues to drain until you unplug it. The draining has taken over the entire washer to the point that it no longer works anymore. It’s only been 2 years and the washer has took a dump on me. We are only a family of 2 so it does not get used very often. Horrible product. Would definitely not spend your hard earned money on this junk

This washer with the agitator has made a wonderful difference in how clean the laundry is.. seems to just have a fresh clean smell and much quieter than my previous model without agitator.. It is a preference but we are very pleased with this machine so far and for a good price

The machine works great. Was delivered with a dent in the front of it. Contacted B B and they gave a $20 voucher. If I had known they were going to cheap out like that, I would’ve sent it back and asked for a different one.

I just bought this Whirlpool washer model WTW4955HW and it was delivered on Wednesday. I started my first wash and I noticed that the agitator is not moving along during the wash cycle. Besides, there is a humming noise during the wash cycle and in between cycles, and it sounds like a helicopter ready to take off during the final spin cycle. There is also a lot of vibration during the spinning. I contacted Whirlpool to find out if this was the normal operation but they could not help. Definitely, I am returning this washer!

Ease of operation and large capacity is great! I would highly recommend this washing machine.

If you put this washer on the water sensing mode it is a little noisy as it determines how much water is needed to wash the load of clothes. It lets a little water in and shuts off, lets a little more in and shuts off, it does this so quick you can hear the pipes shake.

We like everything about this product except that it is recommended to do frequent hot water cycles. We would prefer to only do cold water washes. We like the fact it is gentler on clothes because it doesnt agitate.

This item is easy to use and convenient. However there are minor downsides to how it works. When it comes to the cleaning process there is no timer that indicates how long a cycle will take, sometimes the indicator will be lit in one spot and not change for a bit, other than that the item is good.

On my mom‘s behalf( but not her words what she feels about this washer) I’m assuming that it’s pretty good because she hasn’t returned this one yet and it’s been over 3 weeks. Heavy duty washer washes pretty well

The washer does a great job. Although it agitates slowly it still gets my clothes clean. The spin dry is exceptional, taking less time in the dryer.

I am not a fan of the push buttons on this machine. Feels cheap when you push the button. I have had laundry loads that just stop mid cycle. Restarting the cycle fixes that but is annoying its happened multiple times. HE pods are supposed to be put at the bottom of the bin before clothes but I have had multiple loads that dont dissolve the pod (with the auto sensing water feature.) Fixed with deep water fill selected. After professional install the thing rocked like crazy with towels in the washer. I have made sure to equally distribute the weight as perfectly as possible to avoid loud noises and tried adjusting the bottom platforms. Cant say I would recommend.

Easy to select options- delicate, cotton, etc and water temperatures as well as spin cycles. But unlike other washers, not so many that it takes a ridiculous amount of time. My clothes will still get clean and not damaged from wrong cycle. I hate washers that take 5 minutes just to set them. Ridiculous.

The worst washing machine you could ever buy, we had 3 claims while under mfg 12 mo warranty, I bought a monthly plan and had 3 more repairs, replaced motherboard 2 times and the inlet water valve, the washer leaves whiter marks on black material and we use liquid soap and it’s never worked right but for the love of Gid they won’t replace it, bore it won’t rinse and spin correctly leaving the clothes wet , we got run rinse and drain 2 more times, ITS A LEMON, DO NOT BUY ONE, you will regret it, especially the lemon law I guess don’t apply, we want a new one and they will not replace it, they’d rather spend $200 each repair, we could have bought 2 but they are stubborn, and always have a excuse, it’s pathetic, don’t buy whirlpool, make sure it’s a basic machine without all the xtra crap, if whirlpool sees this please replace, we are probably going to sue for pain and suffering from this defective machine, it’s ridiculous and nerve racking, should have kept our old one and my son still using our old one, just don’t buy it I promise you you’ll Thank me
