Very easy to use, also; to me, the simpler, the better! The Best Buy salespeople who helped us in making our purchase choice for this washer, as well as the young men who delivered and installed it, were superb! The basin is very large & can accommodate a comforter & multiple sheet sets at once. As someone with an indoor laundry room, the quietness of this washer is very much appreciated. It's so quiet, after the 1st time using, I had to open the lid to see if it was on!

The only thing i dont like is that the one i saw in the store was all white but the one delivered had light blue-ish around where the knobs are so it feels like a switch-a-roo.

It does not work as well as an agitator model but I had trouble finding one. I hope they will come back out because they are the best. Cleans my clothes OK. It is noisy with my laundry room door open.

Has a nice large capacity. The washer is kinda loud but not to the point where that should be your deciding factor to not buy these. The main thing I was looking for when purchasing was it having a fabric softener despiser and this one does. To dispense the softener you have to have it on extra rinse though and that adds about 15 minutes to your wash for a total of about an hour to wash your clothes. Overall I am satisfied and would purchase these over the crazy expensive ones any day.

Sensor to save water results in very wrinkled clothes with regular settings and somewhat wrinkled with deep water setting. Need brief run in dryer so wrinkles don't set. Also often leaves towels soaking wet. Neet to rebalance weight perfectly and do extra spin and drain cycle.

Not what I had hoped for

Now I wish I had kept my old washer. This is the first HE washer I have owned and honestly, I don't like it at all. Takes forever to wash a load of clothes, very noisy, awful vibrations. I would not recommend this washer to anyone.
