I’m loving my new whirlpool washer. I’ve only had it for 2 months

Works wonderful. It is so quiet, clothes come out so dry I don't have to hang them out for long. YRS. I hang my clothes out brcause I watch the birds, bunnies etc not because I don't have a dryer. I am so happy to have a washer with an agitator again.

I was delighted with my new Whirlpool Top Load Washer. It did the job it was designed to do, and did it quietly and efficiently. The two young men who delivered and installed it were great, too, and did a wonderful job of setting the machine up to work right from the start. Kudos to men and machine!

Purchased a new washing machine 4 weeks which was delivered a week later. The installation went relatively well although the installers were not comfortable with the attachment to the water source and drainage. Ended up calling a plumber to complete the installation which ended up being a non-event. Washing machine is awesome and we are very pleased with our selection. It is a Whirlpool and works better than I expected. A great replaecement for a 20+ year old Kenmore.

Replaced out 15 year old washer with this one. Very pleased. Saves water with the different settings and easy to use.

Machine is quite noisy. Made a lot of strange noises. Very difficult to balance load. It doesn't matter if it's 1/4 full, 1/3 full or 1/2 full. Had I been able to see the machine before buying, I would not have bought the smaller size. I can't wash bulky items like pillows and dog beds. I'm also sorry I opted for the agitator type. It does seem to clean well but water does not cover the clothes and I'm not sure it rinses well. You really need to add soap, bleach and Oxy Clean to the clothes. If you use the dispenser, the bleach will leave blotches on the clothes. I add them to water and then to clothes.

had it 3 weeks seems to doing what it's supposed to do so far so good, haven't had it long enough to say anything bad about a new washing machine.

It may just take more time to get used to it. I’m not sure if I like the auto sensing, especially for the amount of water. Also, I think it was my mistake in getting a machine with the central agitator. Too many little noises. Not quite the machine I wanted.

It seems to get the clothes clean, but it can take 90 minutes or more to do a single load of wash. It's also quite noisy and leaks water when washing on the bulky cycle.

Nice efficient washing machine. I love the knobs instead a computer screen!

It’s only been a month in that’s why I’m giving it a 4 for now, overall it works well, easy to use and great for the price.

not bad. washes good and noise is low. only thing i would prefer whirlpool would make the water run while the top is open.

The new washer runs great so far .My issue was getting used to the way it fills the water in the tub. definetly not like my older washer which filled to the top . Also it takes longer for a load to run through.. Clothes come out nicely though. So really no complaints , just took some getting used to.

Good price. Effective. Clean well. I will recommend it.

I love this washer because it is big for the price. It is easy to use and does a great job. love the water sensor.

excellent value- easy to use; dependable and long life

This is a great basic agitator washer with knobs instead of digital controls, I do not like the digital technology on some the newer machines so I prefer the knobs and have been very happy with this model so far.

I'm amazed at how quite this machine is, and that w/HE it uses so much less water then my old machine. I would recommend this machine to anyone. Although it would be nice if there was a booklet telling what all the cycles do.

Whirlpool is a sure winning brand and this washer and dryer set is no exception. They perform as advertised and we couldn't be happier. The Best Buy price and service was above and beyond, and I will now recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Good product works easy, not into the digital items that tend to become a headache a year in.
