Nice efficient washing machine. I love the knobs instead a computer screen!

This is a very good washing machine. It has a lot of different ways to wash clothes. It is high efficiency.

It works pretty good and the clothing capacity works great with the amount of members in my household. Only wish I could open it and have it still wash instead of it pausing but other then that it’s a pretty good machine.

Replaced a 14 year old washer. Has all of the features I needed. It’s a little louder than I like and makes some unusual noises. Best Buy delivery was on time. Install was very smooth.

Good wash but takes too long to fill at any LEVEL !

First 3 times did not fill water level to clothes level with ace sores water level fill, but great since then.

I like the washer because of the agitator however, I would like it if it would fill the bowl with water first and then allow you to add you detergents and clothes. who wants to pour detergent on dry clothes? whoever came up with this idea was definitely not a person that does laundry. and I might add, not female.

Purchased for my mom, she really likes itm says it is easy to use and quiet. Easy to rwach in and get items out as well.

I would call this a decent mid-level washer. The lid is really flimsy, and the push button to start/pause a cycle seems like it could easily jam (maybe the control panel is also a bit flimsy?). In general, I've been pleased with the cleanliness of my clothes, the length of the cycles, and the relative quiet of the machine.

My rating is more for Best Buy's service than the washer itself. I purchased this washer as an open box "excellent" item that was only supposed to be missing the documentation. When it arrived, it was far from being in "excellent" condition (according to BB's own rating system) and was missing vital components. The machine had a large dent in the top, missing items and had signs of obvious previous usage (hard water stains inside and detergent). I contacted Best Buy online and found them useless, as usual. I went to my local store and explained the situation and showed photos and was immediately price corrected to a fair purchase price. No negotiation was needed as they offered to refund roughly the amount I already had in mind.

Overall a very easy washer to use. Self explanatory and definitely works well!

Exactly what I expected. I've had Whirlpool washers before and I was never happy with the 10 year old washer I had (not Whirlpool). My 12 year old dryer quit working, so I went ahead and bought a matching pair.

Laundry load is balanced when placed in washer. Spin cycle produces vibrations. Is that normal?

Works efficiently. Easy to use, user friendly doesn’t take up a lot of space. Has multiple functions . Great for any size family and good price.

I'm loving my new washer. It has a sensor for how big the load is. Saving lots of water compared to my old one.
