This was so cheap but when i got it home it worked so great !

The only problem I had with this machine is the noisy & rough vibration in the spin cycle. I decided to exchange for a similar model that had vibration reduction as a feature. Hopefully, this will solve the problem!

I bought a Whirlpool washer for my tenant that stopped working after a month. After looking for warranty service, I realize I could replace it via Best Buy Plus. Though there was a time there was no working washer, the replacement was done as scheduled and included installation .

I am completely satisfied with my new washer. After having one that wasn't working properly for two months, i was eager to get this one. I love all the washing option on the washer and I do see a difference in my clothes. I am not big on spending a lot of money on appliances on features that I care nothing about or will hardly ever use, so this was priced right for me.

A little loud but cleans clothes great. I would highly recommend this machine

For the price, this is a great washer with plenty of options. We have a main floor laundry room, and the washer can be quite loud. Like turn up the volume on the TV loud. If you had it away from your main space, the noise wouldn't be an issue.

I love my new Whirlpool washing machine. It has the largest tub we have ever had, easy to wash small to very large loads of clothes to wash. Looks pretty, works great, easy to use.

Washer is easy to use after reading the instruction book. however the drain hose provided with the machine is inadequate for most installations. You will have to purchase a standard drain hose.

Great economical washer...very pleased with this machine!

I always liked the look of the circular front load washers, but after having owned one and struggled with too many options, complicated systems, and malfunctions, I decided to go back to the basics with a more standard top load washer. The price is more than half of the front load and I've owned mine for 4+ years with no service necessary! I've recently purchased the same washer for an investment home I have, and encouraged my parents to buy it too. So far no complaints. I've found that with many appliances, paying more doesn't necessarily guarantee quality or durability. Sometimes the more basic products (which are also the cheapest!) last me the longest with the least headaches.

I bought this washer over a year ago, and I wish I had returned it when I still could. It shreds my clothes every time, no matter what setting I use. I have tried so many different options, but all of them still cause damage to my clothes. Besides that, it is the loudest washer I have ever owned. It sounds like a boxing match is going on in my basement when it is running. It causes such a hard water hammer to my pipes, I think it may just break them eventually. The hot water inlet hose even came loose once and caused a leak, so now I have to shut my water valves off when I'm not using this thing. I do not recommend buying this washer!

I has a fancy washer that i spent a fortune on, and quite frankly this washer does a way better job. I would totally recommend. Ive had the washer for about 3 weeks now and not had a single problem.
