I don't like the fact that the lid locks and you have to wait until the cycle is finished to open it. I don't like that the water doesn't fill while you are loading the clothes. Takes a long time to do a load of laundry.

I purchased basically this same machine a year ago from Best Buy. The circuit board was burned up because of two power surges. I like the old machine so well, with the agitator, that I purchased another.

The Whirlpool Washer is a good value for the price. Sometimes a little noisey.

look at the blogs, everyone is complaining that these don’t drain the water and clothes are soaking wet, they have a clearly fake blogger saying “thank you whirlpool for solving my issue by turning on a spin cycle after i wash…” why should i turn on the spin cycle? i have to manually make the washer work like a normal washer? you can not choose what cycle you want because all configurations are without spinning unless you want rinse and spin cycle, so basically is doesn’t spin on its own if you wash! so you have to wash, then throw more water on the clothes to get it to spin! and the wind down is…you break your dryer from clothes being too heavy and soak your floor because the washer doesn’t do what its intended to do! the worst washer i’ve ever encountered and the most stupid configuration a company could think of to wash clothes! so if you go t somewhere and, throw clothes into the wash they won’t be done when you get home because you have to turn on another cycle setting before they are done! THE WORST poor excuse for a washer!

Our washer of 20 years went out, and we purchased this one because it seemed similar. While this one does have a similar design, there are features that took some getting used to (HE using less water, automatic load sensing, and lid lock). It was a bit of a learning curve (I never thought I would watch a YouTube video on how to work a washer) but now I am quite happy with it.

Works just fine so far. A little noisier than my last washing machine. I like all the options for washing cycles.

Very pleased with my new Whirlpool 3.8 High Efficiency Washer. I like this washer better than my "old Kenmore" This machine is easy to use. Hope it last many years.

I’m not impressed with my new washer. The auto sensing take too long and the water level is awful I purchased the washer in May 2023. I will not buy another Whirlpool washer again. I’m glad that I purchased additional warranty in case it stop working before the 2 year warranty goes out.

Washer gets clothes Clean. Easy to use. Large tub.

Overall a pretty solid washer. Only cons are auto sensing for water level isn't great, just ended up using deep water wash for everything. Also, don't love that the lid locks after filling and the only way to open is cancel the cycle. Other than that a pretty good washing machine.

Not much of a user guide and the machine works differently than priori washing machines i that you select services and then push a button to start. It doesn't pass through each cycle like other machines, but it seems to wash the clothes.

Little smaller than my previous machine, but works great. Happy I decided to purchase this machine.

I have a very tight space for washer. This washer fit with a little room to spare. Love the feature that 'measures' the load to determine water usage. It is a little noisy but if I shut the door to my laundry room I don't notice it. The BB delivery guys were awesome! Delivery and installation was on time, friendly and fast.

Im glad our family is saving water and energy with this new washer....the sensor measures the amount of water needed for the cycle...we use to set the water level and guessed

Works great, is effecient and cleans very well. I love the selection of whater levels and sycles.

Have always like whirlpool products especially washing machines. I pick this model up for my brother who needed something very basic. My brother was very ecstatic about the new washer. The service men install the washer very good and demonstrated for him the basic points about how to work the washer. Overall he was very pleased
