Our 23 year old Whirlpool set was doing fine till I had a man out to do routine check and maintenance. He fouled up the dryer so my wife wanted a new set. Purchasing experience at Best Buy was exemplary as usual. The delivery crew were punctual, cordial, and mindblowingly efficient. Repairmen state to stay away from electronics on these things now so naturally we went with this Whirlpool set which, in spite of features imposed by a certain political party that loves to control and regulate, is functioning perfectly though those features are the ones which will cause these machines costly maintenance and shorten their longevity in relation to washers and dryers made prior to government meddling.

So far it’s good for this price , cleaning really good and loved it so far. Well meeting my needs and I am happy with the performance

Washer is wonderful. Wasn't sure how it would perform, but very satisfied.

Had some concerns as this machine works differently than the old washer it replaced but it works great. Just follow the instructions and it does what it is supposed to. It uses less water and the clothes do not take nearly as long to dry. Have had it for a couple months and am very happy

Washes clothes well and is simple to use. Clothes come out clean. Bleach dispenser works well. Has adequate choices for types of loads.

Seems adequate and washes cleanly. Noisier that our last washer but hey, it spins and completes the cycle, and that's a relief.

Great service in the store, delivery within a week, with old machine taken away. Machine is just what we wanted, not too complicated and reasonable price. Best Buy has excellent customer service.

I love the stainless steel tub great washer it makes a little noise i never had a machine that didnt my last machine was a whirlpool 15 years later it still worked but it was rusting away this whirlpool the price was right i needed one and im pleased

This washer is really a bang for your buck. after my old washer died I went with this option because it was very affordable and whirlpool is a very reputable brand. It leaves my clothes very clean and dry. It's a great washer!

Chnaging a 2 year old washer. basically is the same washer than before (maytag) from a subsidary. The old one died because of COVID , we were washing clothes 2-3 times a day for 2 years. SO giving a second chance since Whirpool and Maytag are the same items with different brands. Best Buy ding the washer on delivery. They change for a new one, so that is why Best Buy is my favorite store.

Although this is a high-efficiency washer, your clothes will still get properly saturated with water. The level sensor ensures everything gets the correct amount of water in order the get clean. There is a hot, warm, cold, cool, and tap cold temperature setting. In addition to this there is a color, color with extra rinse, white, as well as a white with extra rinse cycle on top of the traditional normal, heavy, and delicate cycle.

Was very surprised of how large the bucket was. It's very quite. Washes clothes very well. Has a lot setting, some I din't think I would need but now use on the weekly. I recommend this washer for anyone who just wants a washer that just the trick.
