I recently purchased a new washer at Best Buy. It was delivered on time and in great condition. This is a replacement for my old washer that I also bought at Best Buy. I replaced with the same model as i had previously owned because it worked so reliably for so many years. I was very happy with the sales agent and received excellent service. I found the price very reasonable!

It's a little noisy and takes longer to wash a load of clothes, however, the clothes are clean.

Would not repurchase. Water level is not adjustable! Unit makes lots of strange noises. Does clean well.

Pretty good washer and dryer so far. It is a little frustrating that the water shuts off when you open the lid as its filling up. The water settings are a little confusing. The washer is very quiet compared to our last. I'm definitely happy we chose to get larger washer and dryer this time. The people who delivered my washer were very friendly and did a great job.

Our whirlpool Top load washers work well so far. easy to load and unload laundry. not very expensive value for the money. clean clothes with different wash options. If you are looking for reliability whirlpool is one of them.

this is a great work horse and it is not very noisy. In addition it is almost half the price of other wash machines

Even though this machine seems to be very well built I don’t like that it takes so long to fill the tub with water. Due in part from the Water sensing feature. And the fact that I can’t see the level because the water won’t continue to flow with the lid open

Happy with replacement purchase. I like the options available to encourage better and less costly features available. You can save in your use of water, as an example, by choosing option for machine to use less water based on volume in machine.

I wish the hose on back was longer, I hoping years of service from this washer. I’ve owned whirpool prior to this……..got my money!s worth from it. Hopefully I’ll get same this one as well!

It is a bit slow of a washer, unless you just use the quick wash always. But I wouldn't put too much in it at once

We’ve had it for over a year, it’s been over a year, and it’s working great.

I prefer cheaper options that's why I got this kind. I had similar washer and dryer in my apartment unit. And now that I moved into my own home, I decided to get the same thing. It does it's job and no issues. Highly recommended.

A much needed washer for a family of four. This was a gift to my daughter and she picked it out. The service at Best Buy was wonderful. For an inexpensive washer it has many bells and whistles. Clothes come out very clean and with very few wrinkles.

I purchased the washer with 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy, 21 days later the washer is making a grinding noise. So, I called Best Buy and I am told that for the 1st year Whirpool is responsible for any issues, so, I do not have 5 years warranty with Best Buy, I have 4 but I paid for 5, how is that possible? Right? Anyway I ended up callin Whirpool and the technician is scheduled to come next week. The washer seems to work very efficiently but it is not supposed to breakdown so soon. I do not recomment this product
