I'm a huge fan of Whirlpool products. The washer I replaced with this one, was a Whirlpool had it for over 20 yrs. This one hopefully will stand up to that one. So far so good not real thrilled with how it shakes during the rinse cycle but they've come out since delivery and they say it's what the new ones do now

This laundry machine is easy to use, I really recommend it if your are looking for better quality.

Had already purchased the Whirlpool matching dryer which works great, so when the washer decided not to work. buying the matching Whirlpool washer was a no brainer to me; it works great!

This is a very quiet washer. You don’t even know when it goes off. All items in the washer are very clean

This washer is very simple to operate. As long as the items to be washed is evenly placed in the cavity, it's not very noisy. At the initial wash there were loud noises however I think it's the way I placed the items.

Is there a -1 star? I have never regretted a purchase more than this one. This machine twists your clothes into a giant mess of a knot. I have considered listing it for sale but feel guilty even selling it to someone else. It is designed to move in two different directions which twists the clothes and intwines them together. NEVER EVER put tights or pantyhose or belts in with a load of clothes. You will fight to get them pulled apart. My clothes are stretched and twisted after I wash them. Seriously the worst washing machine I have ever owned. I now wash so many of my clothes one piece at a time just to prevent them from being stretched and twisted (so much for saving water). I was so excited to get a new Washer - now I just feel sick about this purchase after 4+ months of use. Also - you cannot truly control the water level. It barely has enough water in the tub to cover the clothes. I dont know how they can be clean with such little water. Even towels and sheets barely have water to cover them. So much disappointment in one product.

The washer is strong and materials come out really clean. Its also heavy duty and takes on quantity and time with little stress. We had a backlog, and it was washing non-stop for about a week, and still going strong.

A little noisy, but washes and spins great. Lots of options for load sizes and types.

Bought for my 80 year old mother. Has lots of options yet still easy for her to operate. Very pleased!

I love my new washing machine. It is old style and I personally think it washes better than the new machines. I really like that it has a quick cycle for those rush jobs. It also has self leveling legs that makes it easy to level.

Love that it’s simple and works perfectly, clothes cleaned without having to press many buttons.

I Always buy Whirlpool products. Last machine lasted 9 years. Delivery and install was the best i have had.

Bought this as a scratch and dent because as you know if you go to buy any kind of appliance these days there is a serious waiting period. So far we have not been disappointed with our choice.

Bought this as my first washer. I've only had it for a month but so far it's been great. Can't speak about it's longevity but if it breaks down, I'm hoping it's when it still has warranty.
