Washing machine is very easy to use. The washing machine is very quiet. The quality is great and I would tell a friend.

This machine does not make allot of noise, allot of cycles cleans clothes nicely!

I've used my new washer twice now and very pleased with my choice. The only thing that I can say a little negative is that it makes a little loud noise. It doesn't bother me at all though.

A little noisier than I’m used to but it is a large capacity washer. Haven't had a new one in 20 years and you can tell the quality of material is not as good, ie plastic knobs.

Purchase was made at a good competitive price. Delivery and installation went smoothly on the correct promised day and time. Installers were friendly and professional.So nice to have a good washer that does every load without a problem. Would not hesitate to buy more appliances from Best Buy in the future.

Maybe it is because this is my first high efficiency washer, and I'm not used to how they work is the reason for my dissatisfaction. The auto sensing mechanism is crap. The deep water wash is no different. The water does not fill all the way up for the clothes to be submerged, and get a good wash. My clothes come out semi-clean at best. The reason I got a washer with an agitator is so that there would be some agitation. The agitator barely twists to wash the clothes. The same clothes that started on top are in the same position (on top) when the washer is done. Pretty much meaning they barely came in contact with the agitator, and meaning they were barely washed. My whites are no whiter than when I put them in. The same stains before the wash ate there after the wash. All in all, I want my low efficiency washer back. At least I knew it was washing something. If you have a low efficiency washer keep it for as long as possible. This piece if crap is a waste of money.

I love this machine. I love that is has an agitator and it has auto sensing water fill. I never have to adjust it which is great! The spin is awesome.

Good washer, only thing to look out for was the discharge hose being too short. Drain was located on the left side of the washer, it's hose starts on the left side of washer. I had to stretch the hose to get it in drain which I didn't like so had to get a longer one

I got this fridge for a really good price! After 1 week it did break down right before Christmas, however Bestbuy apologized for the inconvenience and sent me another working one. They also credited me for my groceries and refunded me a hundred off the cost of the fridge. Their customer service was exceptional!

Works fine. Doesn't use as much water as i would like. Takes a long time for a load. Lots of options on the control panel. Worth the money i paid.

This was a perfect simple washing machine that fits all my families needs. I would recommend this for any household on a budget looking for a brand new washing machine...

Doesn't clean real well you half to wash clothes twice. Can't get the water to rise high enough to get all the clothes wet. Not a gret washing machine.
