It works, clothes get clean, but it takes forever to do a load, and it does not wring out enough water, so they go into the dryer too wet, and so that takes forever. My electric company sends me a notification every time I use this that my energy consumption is 25% higher than the day before. This is doing only one load. It may save a gallon of water, but it wastes a ton of electricity.

The quick wash mode is very quick and convenient. Got it delivered and the delivery men were very quick and friendly. I've now been using this product for months with no issues. I would highly recommend it!

The only thing we don't like about it so far is that it takes so long to do a load of wash. It takes over an hour and 10 minutes, sometimes longer depending on what your load and settings are. That's not any reason that we would return it though because that is something we will just adjust too. It doesn't require any more work or time on our part so that is just fine.

My only complaint is that the water fill stops when you open the lid. I use the water to rinse out my detergent cup before I put it back on the bottle.
