DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

When opening the upper oven door, steam covers the touchscreen and over time ruins the control panel. It lasted two years with regular use for a family of 5, and now the control panel needs replaced, which costs half the price of a new oven. Even if you replace it, it will happen again, so essentially you will be paying $1000 every other year to continue to use these ovens. The design is faulty and we expected better from Whirlpool. Please do not waste your time or money on this product.

It unfortunately did not come with a user’s manual....after finding the manual online we were able to use it. It’s a smart oven that takes some getting used to. But overall love it!

Spent two months researching the best price, delivery, installation and haul away. Best Buy gave our family the best deal and we could not be happier.
