Owners manual has no operating instructions. Looks great and now really like it! Greg at Best Buy helped me buy appliances for a kitchen remodel and Best Buy honored all price matches!

Whirlpool customer service is also terrible and they do not care to try help you. When you use this oven every time the vent is not sealed so you will get what looks like water dripping marks inside the glass that you can't reach to wipe. You have to pay $350 for a technician to come and remove the glass and wipe it. Such nonsense.

They have been sitting in their delivery box in our breakfast room awaiting installation for the past month! Apparently when they removed the older ovens the space was about 1/8" too small for these oven, so the installers left so we could sand down the sides to accommodate the new ovens. It has now been a month and the install has been rescheduled three times. Hopefully this week they will finally be installed. Beyond frustrating dealing with GeekSquad to get these installed!
