Looks great. Works great. Great price. Easy install. Best Buy installers were quick and efficient. Give only 4 stars for now since we haven’t used the stovetop to accurately assess.

Purchased cooktop beginning of November 2019 in which didn't actually received until end of December 2019. Cooktop's main cooking elements works beautfully...yet the warming element barely keeps even a 1/2 pot of coffee warm. Chief complaint are the knobs are absolutely terrible since I have only had this cooktop for 4 (four) months...4 out of the 5 knobs interior D fitting structure have deteriorated which makes them completely unusable. After the 1st knob was damaged, thought that it was due to the dishwasher so starting washing them by hand but now down to only one working knob. Replacement knobs are $25-35 for (1) knob which is unreal. So beware! Guess it was too good to be true...a good product with a reasonable price tag.

Good reviews seen. Installation took more time due to having to cut larger width in countertop for cooktop. The rest was easy peezy. Burners fired up quickly. Warming 5th plate is perfect for keeping sauces warm... either on or off. I took the advice of earlier reviewer and used appliance white paint to color the indicator on the dial. Practical move and looks OK. Very happy with product.

I love this stove top by Whirlpool. One of the features I like is the fifth burner to keep pots and pans warm. I have never seen this feature before and I am surprised how much I use it.

The size and color were what I expected. It was easy to install.

Really love this stovetop. Having the choice of either small or large area of cooking on the front burners is great! The surface (around the burner area) is also much easier to clean than my last one. Had 2 delays in getting it, but worth it!

Very nice and is easy to clean. I really like the Hot Surface and Burner on lights in the bottom right as I am the person who triple checks the stove is off.

So far, it’s working fine. Like that dual burners are at the front. Knobs need to be upgraded, though.

Review would be better but it showed up not fully working , one burner was out due to a wire not being connected inside the unit

My cooktop arrived as scheduled with no delays. The delivery was flawless. It was a very simple installation and I’m enjoying the warmer.

Nice cook top, however, dust collects and shows up easily. Must dust very often.
