Bought this as an open box, supposedly with a year warranty.Took it home ourselves as it had to leave store that day. Warranty would have been a manufacturer's warranty. A serial number was needed for warranty to be valid. The serial number had been removed. The appliance company representative stated that most times when this happens, said appliances are not repairable. We had to load this very heavy oven and return to store. They use a third party delivery company, therefore had no one to pick up oven for us. However,we did visit another Best Buy and purchased another oven. Original oven also had part.missing (65.00t to replace). The main complaint was that this was overlooked and sold to us stating there was a warranty.serial number should have been checked.

The oven itself actually does a good job baking and cooking things. The problem is that the touch screen stopped working and so we can no longer use the oven. You gotta stop with the touch screen and start putting in the knobs because now I have to spend of $600 dollars for a new control panel. Insane. The oven start malfunctioning just after 5 years of having it. Don't by this one. I also no someone else with the same model that has the same problem.

It's too bad Whirlpool just doesn't care that their (not our) internet setup is so bad, connection doesn't work (sporadic at best), and then tell the customer "get used to it" and "it sucks to be you". We regret the purchase.
