Was a excellent purchase. Works great and installed with minimal effort. Is a very nice oven and heats evenly. Had to calibrate the temp but thay was very simple and worked the way it should. Stylish design and good functionality. Was bought as a floor model and can tell the difference between this and a new one.

I don’t have it hooked up yet, but if it’s very nice, it’s a very nice size has very nice features. It seems very well-made when I open and close the door as a good seal.

Nice oven, but moisture that escapes when you open the door messes with the touchscreen.

The oven cooks well but we’ve had several issues with the touchscreen and have only had it 3 months. Yesterday the screen just stopped working entirely. A month ago the screen knew you were touching it and made the noise it does when you click buttons but nothing would happen. It would say light off but it was on and we could only get it off by going into settings.

As other reviewers have mentioned, there are issues with the oven's touch panel control. Whenever you open the oven, the steam that comes out causes droplets of water to form on the control panel causing it to do weird things. Usually it shuts off the oven, sometimes it changes the temperature, other times it will return to the home screen. When you go to correct the settings, the touch screen won't respond unless you wipe the water droplets off the panel. It's a real hassle to deal with these issues every time you open the oven door. There is no way that Whirlpool did not encounter this issue during their testing, and it is troubling that this oven is still on the market. I also think it is a safety hazard given that the oven will change it's settings sometimes when you open the door. I've had the oven switch itself from 350 degrees to 500 degrees just from opening the oven door. Stay far aware from this oven.

The oven looks great and the idea to be able to use an app to see the oven info/change cook times/preheat etc is great except that the circuit board already needed replacing and the remote rarely works. The touch screen is frustrating to work with as well.

This was a great purchase. This oven even connects to Wi-Fi. To be an electric oven you can't tell the difference from gas. It even has settings for different items like cooking pizza. It's also has a touch screen.

So far so good. Heats up quick and is much hotter than our old oven.

Super smart home friendly! Also very easy to use for someone who isn’t tech friendly. I can turn on my oven on my way home to get it preheated and also has options to bake and preheat at the same time!

Looking for a good oven, without paying a fortune. Did not need all the fancy functions. This was rated as the best bang for your buck....and they were absolutely right! And it cost me about a third of some of the others. The display is large enough to be seen from the other side of the kitchen, which really helps my old eyes.

It's really a great product. Only one minor complaint, the touch screen is quite sensitive, but just a matter of getting used to it. Certainly would recommend to friends.

So far this is a great oven. It seems to do everything is says it will do. I have yet to connect it to our wifi system but that is coming. Cooks great heats up really fast.

Easy to use wifi connected over. Works well with Alexa, it's own app, or from the touch screen. Cooks well and evenly. Very happy with it.

Pretty and sleek. Warms up very quickly and so quiet. I love the new digital control panel. So far so good!

Very happy with this oven. Not often that one needs to replace an oven but the old oven after 14 years needed a new part that was expensive and was back ordered for months. We needed a replacement quickly. The Best Buy salesperson gave us great advice on out choice and also went the extra effort to arrange an early delivery date. We are glad we bought this oven. The control features are electronic and work great. It also looks great in our home. Very pleased with the oven and the service from Best Buy.
