Nice updated oven for our kitchen. It took a little getting used to at first as it is our first 'smart' appliance. Would recommend.

Traditional oven with a modern flare, nice LCD display. Starting up up the oven could be a little confusing at first, read the instructions.

Needed an oven to fit into a specific spot..tight dimensions...Best Buy covered our needs, start to finish, exceeding expectations..

We love our new oven! Touch screen smart is the way to go.

This is a good oven that works well for our light to moderate use. We noticed two drawbacks so far. One is that the time clock tends to be fast so we have to keep setting the back to the actual time even though we connected it to our home wireless network. The second is that sometimes when we open the door, the heat/steam tends to temporarily mess with the digital display. We'll have to wait about 20-30 second and then hit resume if we still need the oven to continue to heat. We are happy with the oven. The delivery service was awful. The delivery date was postponed three times and I was given conflicting information between emails, online account, and phone calls. It was not a pleasant experience.

Open the door and oven turns off. Several glitches. Unrealizable temperature.. steer clear of this!

It took a bit of getting used to the touch controls. Read the manual, it is very helpful. Love how it bakes and broils. Looks good in my kitchen too!

Oven is just out of warranty and now won't work. It displays an hourglass symbol on the oven and is frozen. Pretty frustrated at the oven failing after barely a year of light use. Especially at this price.

Terrible service from Best Buy, Although advertised as “excellent condition” for being an open box, Oven was not even working. Waste of time and money for the drive to pick up at BB store. Label inside read “fair condition”, not even fair. I cannot understand how BB can sell a product that is not in working condition.

Received the brand new oven. It doesn't work. Whirlpool found a repairman but the needed control panel replacement part is not available. Whirlpool decided to exchange the broken oven for a new oven that cooks. Of course this delighted me but I'm still waiting. Three weeks, over the holidays and no oven. Thank Heaven for crock pots and carry out.
