I love this oven, It fits very beautifully in my kitchen. The food cooks evenly. I've only owned it for less than a month but, so far I have no complaints. The reason I put Good for Value is because I feel that all appliances are over priced, then you have to pay for installation and a warranty so a product that starts out at $800 ends up costing you well over $1000! I was fortunate that I was given gift certificates for my oven or else I would have been stuck. Ease of Use I gave Good because I had to figure out that I couldn't just press bake and it started, I also had to press an arrow which I've never seen. I chose this oven because it was the least expensive.

Our oven died on us and we had to find a new one. We found this oven at a great price and not only does it look great in my kitchen, it works really well.

Every thing was good with the purchase, updates, delivery,installation and removal of the old unit. Our only issue was the fact that the oven comes with no detailed operating information or guidelines. I made two phone calls to the WHIRPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE line and waited over forty five minutes each time and never spoke with a representitive!!,,,, We were able to figure out most of the controls but still have some questions that would be answered with a normal owners manual and instruction booklet.

We hadn’t replaced our existing whirlpool oven for 15 years. This new one was a welcome replacement. We are still discovering the new features!
