We have an hour drive to the store and were picking it up on our way to GA. Our trip was canceled so we did not drive there today. Now I just get an email tonight April 2nd that it is not available and will be available April 14th. And if not available then, they will cancel the order. I spent a lot of time and effort on purchasing this item and am very disappointed. When you purchase it online it says it is available for delivery and installation. I sure hope it will be available and that I'm not being jerked around.

That is not what he was supposed to be doing. He was supposed to reinstall a ring that was improperly installed when the stovetop was originally installed. So nothing was done because he didnt have the new ring.

Turns out, cooktops are not particularly uniform in regards to "cut out size." That said, this cooktop fit the countertop perfectly. My son did have to run a new, higher output service line to the cooktop from the service panel in order for me to safely use both large eyes at the same time, but that is entirely due to the difference in modern appliances and older ones. I've not used all of the eyes at once, as it has five, but the ones I have used worked quite well. I have had no problems with the appliance at all, but there is very little space between the burners, so having a countertop that takes the heat when moving a pot off the cooktop is handy.

It was supposed to be available for pickup at the warehouse yesterday 5/23. I got an Email stating it was being processed for pickup yesterday morning. I went by the warehouse at 4Pm and the lady said she didn't have it in her system. She verified with someone else and said they did not show it being processed. As of 1 PM today I have not received any followup.
