So far, we are enjoying this cooktop. Lights quickly, and it is a nice looking unit. The knobs are a cheap plastic, so I'm not sure how long they will last. The position of the bottom burners only allows for a small pan. A large pan will overlap onto the knobs. Not ideal. Also, as you see in my title, I was forced to write a check for $75 to have the installers convert to propane, even though it only took them about five minutes extra. BB does NOT disclose this, but I called and they confirmed this was the case. Ridiculous, if you ask me.

Chose this item over the regular stove/oven because for one thing it it is a space-saver, looks so elegant in the kitchen, and because I wanted to have a double oven. So far no complaints on this product. Easy to clean. Just quickly wipe any splatters within the stove.

I love my new gas cook top. I am very careful with the knobs bc I saw a lot of reviews mention the knobs melting. I love the hinged grates. Makes cleaning a breeze!

Cooktop is great. The knobs are plastic. They could have put a little better knobs on it.

It’s not bad, but over time some plates are ahowing ware while the knob quality is subpar and they have started to melt and crackle.

Great looking stovetop. Love the fifth burner, works great with larger pans.

The cooktop is very nice. However, there was no warning in writing or otherwise that I would need to be prepared to pay an additional $110.00 at the time of installation. Why was that fee not included in the original price? The installation staff and I debated about the additional fee. I did not enjoy that procedure.

This cooktop "looks" nice but knobs and burners are plastic and very lightweight. The grates are heavy and lift up from front to back which is nice and easy to clean. But I cannot believe these knobs will last very long as much as we cook. I wish I would've spent more to get a better cooktop.

Really happy with new stove. It looks great and was easy to install. Glad I didn’t pay more for a different one because this one meets my needs while still looking great.

We bought this model for a previous house and was glad it was still available great spacing and easy to use and clean has the middle burner to use a wok I would definitely recommend this

Works ok.. Had issue getting delivered and installed. One of the lighter always click.

I upgraded to a five burner and have enjoyed it so far. The only thing I don’t like are the plastic like knobs.
