Still on the web site to order so after call customer srv they reordered only to be canceled two days later. Got different customer serv rep who reordered it again because it said available. That too was canceled! Next rep told be on gad to go into a store a talk to a manager. Ridiculous !!!

Dissatisfied with Best Buy and Whirlpool

The refrigerator quit working after 4 months of use and we have had no true satisfaction or rectification from Best Buy or Whirlpool. The closest certified Whirlpool technician to where we live is 3 hours away. This issue is holding us up from moving into our new house and putting our current house up for sale. I truly hope that the other 5 Whirlpool appliances we purchased work out better.
