We had to get a refund but they told them they were there. BestBuy has great employees in the store. I suggest they really look at who is suppose to install as these people were fraudulent. The gas cooktops are wonderful someone else had to install them

When I installed it I found out that the gas burner caps were missing. It did not have them in the box. I already paid $160 for a contractor to come take off my old cooktop and install this new one. He had done the job but the box did not have the Burner Cap. I had to order them from reliable parts WPW10597129 Whirlpool Burner Cap and My Order # is 3000106193. I had to pay $77 for that. BestBuy won't help me because I have already installed the product and I don't want to pay handyman another $150 to un install. My only option is to pray to God Almighty to destroy BestBuy for conning innocent customers.

The large burners should be up front. I used it once and now there is a burn stain. When I clean the interior, all the burner pieces move. I wish I could get my money back.

On our old 30 inch cooktop, the burners were too close together making it hard to have more than one burner in use. On this one, I can have a large pot of boiling water and another pan across from it, no interference. The grates are really rugged and lift up for easy cleaning. Also, the knobs on my old cooktop were off to the right and hard to access while cooking. The knobs on this unit are right in front, exactly where you would expect them, and easy to access. Overall, just a simple, well-laid-out design with no unnecessary complications.
