This hood works as expected. For the cost point its a great choice.

This product serves the intended purpose for which it was bought and can also compliment the kitchen.

have had two. The first was damaged bad. The second one looked great until light hit it at a certain angle and there are two small dents in the front of it. Works great just dont feel the stainless is very thick if it dents that easy

Not the best or the worst, but one of the few options for stainless range hood that isn't the "new" style. The stainless shows any touches immediately and has proven difficult to maintain clean.

I didn't want a microwave above a slide in gas stove, so opted for this convertible range hood instead. Fits perfectly and as it doesn't have the brand name on the front fits with the other appliances. I am very happy with this product.

Great hood for new owners. Reasonably priced, looks good and does the job.

great hood. Very effective fume/smoke removal by strong 3 speed fan. The one drawback to this unit would be the lack of light control..there is but one on/off with no choice of hi/med/low option.

The range hood has good lighting and ventelation. It is square off so it's hard to see the dirt that accumulates, I guess that's a good thing. I need a step stool to clean it, my other one was slanted do easier to clean. Otherwise great hood range.

Excellent product for the price... very quiet sound on lowest fan setting, and both options to vent outside or inside available within this one unit!

Works great! Not as quiet as I will like, but keeps my kitchen free of grease.

We love our new range hood. It covers the whole stove, extracts all the food smells and the lights are bright and perfect to see the whole stove. I highly recommend this hood.

I made a return for more on tis item because my house does not a a vent opening. I purchased a Samsung over the microwave for venting purpose. the lighting in my kitcen is awful. I should have kept my original purchase.

Super nice looking vent and the dual light bulbs are a nice touch. The angles of the vent itself, however, can throw off the eye even when it's level if the vent surroundings aren't completely level.

It came a little dirty and dusty, but everything was fine.

My new whirlpool stainless steel convertible hood was exactly what my wife was looking for. It matches our other stainless steel kitchen components perfectly. The over the cooktop lighting is a great improvement over our previous unit.

Didn't want an over - the - range microwave so I picked up the hood. Clean lines, appliance matching stainless. Does the job well. Reasonably priced as well.

Purchased this unit and had several unexpected issues occur. First of all, no where in the website description does it state that this unit does not include a power cord. Secondly, this product description states that it can be used on an existing 7" round exhaust vent or a 4 x 9" square duct. What it doesn't state that for the 7" round vent you will need to purchase an adaptor plate to fit the 7" vent stack. Once I added the power cord, I attempted to test the fan and it makes a horrible rattling noise. I attempted to call Best Buy and their customer service line stated there would be a 3.5 hour wait. So I contacted Whirlpool instead, they scheduled a service call two weeks later and this morning the Service Technician came by and determined that the blower motor and fan are defective and was going to order replacements. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for these parts to come in and then schedule more time off of work to have those parts replaced. So we have been with out an exhaust fan for 2 weeks so far and will still be without for another two weeks.

Looks smart and very easy to use. Fan is not too loud.

I have these fans in a couple of properties I've renovated and have been happy with them. Slim form factor, option to recirc or vent to outside, LED lights, no problems in the time I've owned them

Good product. It was in very good condition. I like the simple and thin design Looks like new and works really well.
