Purchased the range hood from Best Buy on black Friday and the service was good. We bought for our new house and liked the quality. Can't wait until our house is done to get it installed.

This range hood is at an awesome angle and the light is perfect. The fan speed is out of this world: love it!!!!

This is our third hood in 5 years. The first two were a different brand purchased from a different store and the fan blades kept breaking after about two years. With this this purchase, my husband and I felt safer choosing a well known brand like Whirlpool. We are now hitting the 2 year mark and it's still "working" but it has never really done too good of a job. The past hoods have done a much better job ridding the smoke from the stove. More times that not my windows and ceiling fan do the job I purchased this hood to do. I do not recommend this hood.

I love this range hood. It looks excellent and sleek in my kitchen. The light is bright but soft, and the fan works wonders.

SO much better than my old hood and who would have thought a range hood could make such a difference but WOW - it moves air so much better and it lights up the entire stove top beautifully!

Works Great!! It has various speeds which makes it very adaptable to different types of cooking. It was very easy to install so it saves us time and money.

I was hoping the hood matched the stove (Samsung) since they were different brands. Once it was unboxed I couldn’t see any differences in the stainless. They look great together.

We ended up removing the microwave and have the range hood replace it, and our kitchen looks bigger and goes great with the new stainless gas range. Very easy to install

The installation of the range hood was seamless and the dual halogen lights not only light my dove area but gives a cozy feeling in the kitchen.

Has excellent lighting. Three fan speeds which are not too noisy but effective. Screens are easy to clean. Slim so it looks great above the range.

Works great with terrific lighting and the fan is not excessively noisy. It would be better if it came with the charcoal inserts required for a non-vented fan.

I upgraded my kitchen with all Whirlpool appliances. This hood works fine but is limited in selections. Also, the design a bit different than I’d expected. Otherwise, a decent choice that matches.

Does NOT come with a POWER CORD and the part number for the cord, W10613691, is NOT SOLD at Best Buy. Spent over 3 hours with Best Buy this morning, via Live Chat (useless) and telephone, about this and now off to Home Depot to find the part! Paid for HOOD to be installed by Best Buy, however, product ended up being UPSed and arrived 5 hours AFTER technician left our house. Best Buy said they won't come back out for a week. OUTSTANDING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It’s a very attractive, affordable hood. The lights are nice and bright and the fan is relatively quiet. We’re very pleased.

It works ok when working at medium heat, did not help much when working at high heat. Not surprising if you are using it as recirculating air rather than external ventilation.

This Vent Hood is Perfect! It has multiple speeds and the lighting is perfect so bright and not blinding. Best Buy offer the best price for this Vent Hood:)

Installers did excellent job, even had to troubleshoot my Set up but they got it done!!!
