great hood. Very effective fume/smoke removal by strong 3 speed fan. The one drawback to this unit would be the lack of light control..there is but one on/off with no choice of hi/med/low option.

Excellent product for the price... very quiet sound on lowest fan setting, and both options to vent outside or inside available within this one unit!

have had two. The first was damaged bad. The second one looked great until light hit it at a certain angle and there are two small dents in the front of it. Works great just dont feel the stainless is very thick if it dents that easy

I made a return for more on tis item because my house does not a a vent opening. I purchased a Samsung over the microwave for venting purpose. the lighting in my kitcen is awful. I should have kept my original purchase.

This product serves the intended purpose for which it was bought and can also compliment the kitchen.

Not the best or the worst, but one of the few options for stainless range hood that isn't the "new" style. The stainless shows any touches immediately and has proven difficult to maintain clean.

Super nice looking vent and the dual light bulbs are a nice touch. The angles of the vent itself, however, can throw off the eye even when it's level if the vent surroundings aren't completely level.

Great hood for new owners. Reasonably priced, looks good and does the job.

Purchased the range hood from Best Buy on black Friday and the service was good. We bought for our new house and liked the quality. Can't wait until our house is done to get it installed.

It was installed. They put it on and the motor stopped working. So now i have to wait until Bestbuy decides to schedule a new one to be installed. Customer service is not good. They should've reached put to me by the next day

It came a little dirty and dusty, but everything was fine.

Purchased this unit and had several unexpected issues occur. First of all, no where in the website description does it state that this unit does not include a power cord. Secondly, this product description states that it can be used on an existing 7" round exhaust vent or a 4 x 9" square duct. What it doesn't state that for the 7" round vent you will need to purchase an adaptor plate to fit the 7" vent stack. Once I added the power cord, I attempted to test the fan and it makes a horrible rattling noise. I attempted to call Best Buy and their customer service line stated there would be a 3.5 hour wait. So I contacted Whirlpool instead, they scheduled a service call two weeks later and this morning the Service Technician came by and determined that the blower motor and fan are defective and was going to order replacements. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for these parts to come in and then schedule more time off of work to have those parts replaced. So we have been with out an exhaust fan for 2 weeks so far and will still be without for another two weeks.

I was hoping the hood matched the stove (Samsung) since they were different brands. Once it was unboxed I couldn’t see any differences in the stainless. They look great together.

We ended up removing the microwave and have the range hood replace it, and our kitchen looks bigger and goes great with the new stainless gas range. Very easy to install

I love it! Perfect fit! Runs great! Lights are bright LED lights. It is Just as I expected!
