    Loud noise at high speed

    We just installed it. So haven't used much. But it makes loud noise at high speed. In today's rocket and IT world I think this is very bad design. If I could, I would fire the people who work on the design of this product.

    Got an open box in excellent condition however when I brought it home found out a huge dent. Had to return.

    Item arrived damaged and replacement on backorder

    The vent hood arrived damaged with a large dent on the front, and a replacement was on back order for 6 weeks. So I don't know how it looks or functions, since we did not get the chance to install it. Also an extension is not available for this product, so if you are installing it to the ceiling, you need to check the measurements.

    First hood came with damage on front corners sent it back new one came with similiar damage called for a discount they gave us nothing next hood came again damage in same area.all this hassle and they wouldnt help us with any type of reconcilliation currently waiting for next hood.

    So far so good after install but used once, but I bought an open box in EXCELLENT condition (verified all parts included) only to find that 1) ALL screws and a key attachment part for venting was missing 2) spare filter was bent and unusable. I tried calling the store for replacements with the name of the person who checked/verified the box, but could not reach ANYONE at the store for a month!! HIGHLY considering a poor review of the store and reconsidering Best Buy purchases in the future for sure. Don’t trust the quality of the items wont purchase unless I have time to drive down and fix issues. Totally disappointed with my experience

    We paid to have the hood range installed. A few days past the time given. Noone showed up noone called or anything. The hood range and the wall ovens are both sitting on the floor and have been for 3 days now. Still noone has tried to reach out to install them. This is new Construction as well. P.s I dont know how it works it Has not been installed...

    Looks nice, LEDs are bright and replaceable according to Manuel by whirlpool tech? Fan is quiet, seems to withdraw smoke and smells outside wall. The bad it does not come with whirlpool logo, I have all matching appliances..... it's not real stainless steel, because a magnet sticks to it, and it finger prints terrible. Wish I would have known, doubt I would have purchased it, but it's up now, and serving purpose.

    Grease filters are flimsy

    After installing the entire hood, I installed the final grease filters and the handle on one just fell apart. It's a very low quality, flimsy part. A new one costs $30 which is way overpriced. Very disappointing.
