Also the instructions for removing and installing the oven door could really do wish an upgrade. That big tab is not there, just a tiny one and it doesn't stay in the up position. A real problem when trying to re-install the door.

Terrible advise from Best and product.

We had a consultant from Best come in and recommend this product. Best installed it and it has never worked properly. It does not recirculate properly and has no power.
