Please do not buy this product. It has given us problems since last year when we purchased. The microwave door would not close all the way and many times we had to actually hold it shut for things to cook. The oven would shut off for no reason. So many problems that in fact Whirlpool finally agreed to exchange for the same item. A few days after we had the new unit installed it messed up too! I haven’t been been able to cook anything in the oven without it shutting off. A code of F8E0 comes on and the oven temp goes down. Someone is scheduled fo come out next week and look at it. That will be a whole month without being able to cook a meal in the oven. So frustrated that we have had all these issues and I’m still making payments on it and it doesn’t even work.

Best purchased microwave works every fast. Its wifi and you can find recipes on ypu phone and turn on the appliance.

Easy to clean and a huge upgrade from the old wall oven. The wife loves being able to check the time left on the app.

This one is a winner, easy to install and looks great. The microwave is very powerful compared to our last unit and the oven work just as expected.

This oven/micro combo is a beautiful addition to my newly remodeled kitchen. Of the features that I have used so far, it cooks well and I like being able to control it from my phone. I love the large digital clock. The touch screen is not great. You have to push the buttons several times to get a response. The microwave is difficult to add time without having to open and close the door a few times and push the start button over and over, kind of annoying. Overall, it does do what it's supposed to do, so I only took off one star for the annoying things that it makes you unnecessarily repeat. Also, the directions say something about feet that can be installed in the high position, but we did not receive feet with our oven. It must have been for another model, but did not specify in the directions, other than reading the dimensions for the model.

The display stopped working in 14 months with just a illuminated light but no display. $1200 to replace the whole panel, which is the only fix per the technician. Another member in my housing community confirmed they had the same issue and they went through the same process of replacement. Called the Whirlpool customer service to help in this situation as its just few months past a year and they said they could offer no help. Whirlpool stopped standing behind their products long time back. I'm waiting for my dishwasher to break as well which is already rusted within a year of use. Luckily my refrigerator, washer and dryer are Samsung and going on for 2 years now with not a single issue. These new house builders should stop installing these whirlpool appliances for their customers, its a big headache and expense.

On Sale! Paid $1,999! It was very simple to order online. Great delivery experience. My expectations were set because I did not pay for special delivery and install. I read all of the information provided online. The installation was very simple. I just needed my neighbor to help me lift it out of the packaging into the wall. The operation is very simple and the wifi connection was also easy. NOTE that I could only get the SMART service to work with Google. Amazon Alexa does not seem to work with the Whirlpool app very well. I will continue to investigate. Total unpackage and install/set up time was under two hours. I did not need to modify my cabinet,

This combo works efficiently together it’s very sleek looking for my white kitchen.

The quality of this product is suspect, the warranty provided by Whirlpool is contemptible, I had the same product installed in my new home and it only lasted 2 years and 2 months before malfunctioning, when I contacted Whirlpool for the warranty coverage they refused to assist me or help me other than to say your two your warranty has ended now just suck it up! I bought the same product at a cost of $3400, don't get sucked in by this customer insensitive corporation!

I purchased this unit recently for my small kitchen in the basement. The unit is designed very smartly with smart functions like remote on and off. Control panel is superb and a very good buy anyone who wants a cozy and compact design.
