Best purchase ever, I bought this cooktop because my old one broke into pieces. I got this from bestbuy store and they shipped it to my house without any problem, cooktop arrived to my house on time and not dents or scratches. I’ll definitely recommend this stove to everybody.

The old gas cooktop was from the late 1980s and had seen better days. I was hesitant on purchasing a new cooktop since the old one was working (somewhat). wow, this whirlpool gas cooktop was well worth it. It is clean and efficient. Cooking is enjoyable again.

I purchased this cooktop to replace a Kenmore Elite that wouldn't consistently light any longer. I loved it and thought I would grow to like the Whirlpool. That hasn't happened. The knobs are placed in a location that makes it difficult to use the front two burners with anything except the smallest of pans. The real issue is that the grates site so high above the flame that the heat escapes around the pot and heats the house instead of the pot. It takes forever for anything to cook on even the largest burners. Hot water from the sink (and it is scalding hot) takes forever to even boil because of the poor design. I dislike it enough that I'm going to donate it to Goodwill and buy an entirely new cooktop. I would prefer my old, worn out one!

Burners work fine the look is fine however the space is limited, I find that pots and pans when cooking are too close to each other making it difficult to place pots or pans directly over a burner but will work with it.

This is almost everything you could want. The only thing I don't like is the covers over the flame generators are very light weight and get knocked off while wiping around them to clean up. Annoying but otherwise a good buy.

Stove top is nice and fits well into countertop. Leave streaks when cleaning stainless steal but great when used for cooking.

It’s a nice looking cooktop that works well. I have two issues with it. One...the gas inlet is located quite a distance from the perimeter. If you have a drawer underneath this cooktop, it might need to be modified in order to fully close. Two...it is very easy to start the flow of gas without igniting a flame. Thus, it is not the safest unit with kids in the house.

Took longer than expected to arrive. All 5 burner caps were missing. Whirlpool states I should have them in 10 days. Looks great installed though and the knobs at the bottom (as opposed to being along the right edge) makes for more cooking space. The grates sit up higher than previous cooktop which provides for a more pleasing aesthetic. The grates are hinged which makes for a tad bit more cumbersome cleaning, as I'm lifting with one hand and cleaning with another.

Very nice cooktop. Easy to clean and it looks great with the other items I bought. ( even though some items that matched my appliances aren’t up to par in my book.)

The cooktop is great. The delivery team performed very well. My only disappointment was with the repeated delays in getting the delivery made.
