We were in need of a replacement and this fit our spot and was priced just right.

Delivery was on time; however, the delivery team did not assemble or demo the refrigerator. They stated another team will come next day (scheduled appointment) to assemble, demo, and install new water line for ice-maker/water. On the next day, installation appointment the plumber showed toward the end of the day (approximately 3pm). They checked the location of the refrigerator and was looking for a water line. I told them under sink or under the house (crawl space). They stated that they do not go in crawl spaces (maybe not in their contract). The only option is under the sink; which is approximately 5-6 feet across the refrigerator, in an L-shaped kitchen counter. They would have to run copper water line behind the cabinet, stove, and dishwasher. Obviously, it is not what they bargained for with the Best Buy new water line installation. Thru stated that their company will contact for estimate. They were nice enough to install the door handles; but that’s all. I contacted Best Buy 1-800 number & personally went to the store to explained my disappointment having to standby for two days and still with less than 100% operational refrigerator.

Works great needs to have adjustable trays inside but overall everything works great

Refrigerator is level but door swings all the way around when opened. Produce drawer allows lettuce to get moist even when slide is closed and taped.

I really like this refrigerator, but it did take some time to get used to it. The LED lights aren't soft lighting, but we like the energy saving features. We would have liked to have had a bit more room in the freezer, but it's working pretty well for us. The main part of the refrigerator is spacious. Love it.

Works beautifully. It's very quiet, except the ice maker makes a bit of noise when you use the door dispenser. Otherwise, no complaints.

Not happy with the water dispenser. It water onto the floor.

I have had this Whirlpool side by side refrigerator for a year now. I can’t be happier. The refrigerator is beautiful, performs perfectly and I got a fantastic price. Winner

Very noisy for me. I heard the cooling compressor running often. I replaced it with a very quiet LG model although higher cost.

Only one issue, the freezer doesn't appear to be doing a good job, our frozen items takes several hours to freeze.

We needed a slightly larger fridge to replace our old 21c.f. and it had to be within certain dimensions to fit the space. This one is a decent and a good fit. My only complaint, and if we'd dug a little more into research, is that the shelves are fixed. Meaning, the tallest-space shelf is on the very top; we preferred to have the tall-space at mid-height (for milk, tea pitcher, etc.). In order to have it out way, we just removed a shelf. So, while we *did* get a bigger appliance (the freezer is bigger too), we lost shelf space on the fridge side. We're making it work.

The product is affordable. this is where the positive ends. all the reviews you read about the heavy condensation inside the unit have been true for us. I will be looking to replace this sooner than later.

We got this refrigerator and found is made a lot of noise which disturbed our sleep at night because the kitchen is relatively close to the master bedroom. Fortunately we were able to return and exchange it for a Samsung which doesn't make that noise at all.

Love my new refrigerator and the new to me ice maker. It fits snugly in my kitchen so I wish I had gotten the smaller cu. ft. one. But I love it anyway and it is so easy to see all my items clearly with lots and lots of room. Good job Best Buy

Ice maker is real cheaply made basket. Basket moves, and sensor for ice maker is electronic. Which means it only works when it wants.

My experience with Best Buy and the sales associates was excellent. The refrigerator arrived as expected, smooth delivery and take away of the old fridge. It is a great fridge and we are pleased.

This refrigerator has plenty of space... I simply love the ice maker and water dispenser.. Whirlpool brand is awesome.

I love the space in this refrigerator. I love the ice in the door and water in the door I use it all the time!!
