Stuck with dirty clothes!

Even on deep water the water does not cover the clothes. My clothes do not get clean. I’m so disappointed!! I don’t know what to do now that I’m stuck with it!! I’d trade it for my 14 year old machine in a heartbeat!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought this after my old whirlpool broke. These are terrible, and the biggest waste of money. These water-saving energy saving machines are crap. The auto water doesn't put enough water and the deep fill doesn't even fill to the top. Let me give you an example, when I'm washing my bed. I put in the comforter to bulky and deep water, and the water only goes to the middle, for a king-sized comforter. Then I have heavy winter blankets that are velour on one side and sherpa on another, the water didn't even fill to the top. I've been messing around with this machine for months and it's terrible. Whirlpool needs to go back to the old school machines cause these are terrible. I may never buy another whirlpool machine again.
