Extremely Noisy

It shakes so much during the spin cycle that it vibrates things in the room around it, regardless of how small the load is. The machine is level and plumb.

That’s all I needed and it can wash comforters without bogging down and it has never become off balance during the spin cycle

I did not like washer

Easy to use,

I guess when you"re going from a washer that was 30+ years old to a brand new one, there are bound to be some big differences . But I love the size loads that can be washed w/o a large agitator in the middle of the machine & the high efficiency of it with saving on the water.

I have never had a top-load washer with no agitator, but I like the room it provides. I also like being able to pause it and add items or fabric softener. The only complaint I have is clothes seem to be more wrinkled than with my old washer which was a front loader, but other than that I am very pleased with my purchase.
