It has a deep water option which is hugely important to me, and takes care of most of the the complaints that other reviewers have registered. I have found the "normal" cycle is good for most loads, but I use the deep water option for big loads, and stained items. We are happy with it.

Noisiest washer I have ever owned or heard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the washer does a good job of washing clothes, you can't imagine the noise it makes while filling with water, as well as washing and rinsing. When switching between hot and cold water for a cold wash (yes, I said cold), it sounds like gunshots in the distance. The wash and rinse cycles are also quite loud. The technician who came out to check it said they're normal noises and tried to explain the reason for them. My only recourse is to return it.

Very satisfied with my Washer

Works good, clothes come out clean and has plenty of tub space being it doesn’t have an agitator. Just one little side note, I wish a person could still go into a store and see what you’re shopping for without having to look online.

It’s not so great

It tried to escape the laundry room but I forced my weight upon it and saved the day. That’s a little dramatic but that actually happened. I strongly advise not to place anything of value on the machine while it’s in use. Get a better machine if you can.
