Small loads of blankets have to be rung out by hand with all the water that is left in them. Have tried to put back on spin and drain and still does not get any more of the water out. Very disappointed.

Product is the right size, not as huge and high as some others. Am only 5 ft. tall, I could not reach the bottom to unload in quite a few models and probably would have fallen head first into the machine! Easy to understand controls, like in older models. Does the job very well. I'm very pleased.
