This machine is a great value! The tub is large enough for bed spreads pillows and comforters. It has plenty of settings to handle any type of laundry. I use the delicate cycle to wash my clothes that are only suppose to be hand washed and they come out of the washer looking great.

This machine does everything it is intended to do. It has a smart clothes level detector that automatically adjust the water level according to the amount of clothes you put in. It seems to be a reliable washer machine

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I would like a bell to go off when softener needs to be added and the wash load ends. Otherwise I really like it.

Very efficient and larger capacity than my old washer of 15 years. Settings easy to understand. I like that it uses less water, so easier on our septic system. Overall very pleased with our purchase and the sales gal was good at explaining the machine.

I had some concerns before purchasing because of the small number of negative reviews, but I suspect that those people were simply unlucky. My machine is quiet and works perfectly. I'm very happy with it.

Easy to use. Smooth operation and energy efficient

At first I did not like it but after a few loads and getting used to the differences from my old machine I am very happy with the washer. It is quiet and got some stains out I was not sure would come out.

I bought it because of the price.and It has been a good investment. It took a little bit of time to get use it the way it works but is a great machine.

It washes ok. But I missed a place to put softner. There is none. I bought a downy ball so It did not have to babysit the washer to put softner at the right time.

I was happy to find this washer as all other places were back order, this is one of if not the best washer. I especially like that i was able to get this style because i dont like my clothes getting stuck under the agitator as it likes to rip my clothes.

No problems so far for this item. We had it for only one week and have washed a variety of fabrics and they go in dry, come out wet and seem to be clean

Not happy very loud my laundry room is upstairs and I can hear the machine through the whole washing cycle while I'm downstairs and during the spin cycle machine vibrating and moving checked the machine and yes it was level also had setting to heavy soil and felt machine didn't have enough water in it to wash clothes returned to Best Buy very helpful in exchanging to a different washing machine

It washes with less water and clothes are cleaned.

Washes nicely as long as you follow instructions for loading. If overloaded or run on wrong setting you may be disappointed. Leaves clothes smelling fresh and looking clean.

Soap dispenser for presoak and fabric softener. It is more noisy then our old one

I knew I was in trouble after the very first load. I washed a load of towels and when the cycle ended and I took the towels out, they were very heavy and wet. I had to run them through the spin cycle again and it didn't help much. Then of course I had to run the dryer twice as long. I thought maybe I over loaded it, so I put only 4 towels in a ran it. Same problem - they were just as wet. Best Buy was kind enough to switch this washer out for a better one at no charge. No way I could have lived with that for the next 10 years!

Damaged out of the box. Customer service made a price adjustment. Happy customer

At first I thought the machine was broken because it didn't fill much with water. It doesn't cover the clothes and submerge them completely. That's the way it is. A large load washes better than a small load. It's the best with bulky items, pillows-comforters-mattress pads. Also, it doesn't have a softener dispenser even with a setting for softener. That was disappointing.

WASHER DOESN'T HAVE A FABRIC SOFTENER DISPENSER. YOU HAVE TO STOP CYCLE TO ADD SOFTENER VERY INCONVENIENT
