We love this washer, No tower agitator is so much better and sensor wash and Energy Star savings is paying for the washer compared to our 18-20 yr old machine. Do it, make your washing chores so dang easy you won’t mind doing the laundry anymore.

Prompt delivery and courteous installers. They made sure I was comfortable with washer operation before they left. Also, ran machine thru short cycle to ensure no problems.

the unit is an High Efficiency unit so it takes a little while longer so be patient. The lid locks automatically.

if you are on a tight budget but don't want to sacrifice the quality then this is a really good washer. been buying Whirlpool ever since. solid brand.

Not happy that there is no detergent dispenser. Sometimes it actually stains clothes

I would highly recommend this washer and definitely buy another product if needed Best Buy and its associates were very helpful and curteous I have purchased items there before and plan on going back to buy more items in the near future wish there were more stores in Florida where I spend the winters

Definitely happy with this washer. Does a great job washing and plenty of options for what you're washing. Have noticed that clothes will sometimes get knotted up

THIS WASHER IS GREAT. HOLDS SO MUCH CLOTHING OR SHEETS, EVEN A LARGE COMFORTER. CLOTHES COME OUT SUPER CLEAN AND IT SPINS THEM SO DRY. I DID NOT RESEARCH THIS PRODUCT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT , BUT AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND

This is a huge washing machine at 4.3 Cubic inches, quality you would expect from Whirlpool, a solid machine at a great price.

I love my whites get white I work out side and get dirty my wife likes that is quite and things look great when done

The washing machine is garbage, I wish we had bought a different brand. It doesn’t run enough water to get the clothes clean on some of the settings. I have to put it on “deep water wash.” Once you click a setting and it starts running you can’t change the setting either. You have to reset.

My wife and I enjoy this washer a lot. It evenly spreads the detergent and cleans clothes nicely. It is all a lot more silent than our old washer

With all the option, this washer can do everything we need - from light loads to washing bathroom rugs. Just need to read the settings right.

I looked around & did research, got it down to 2 mfrs. I have had it now for about 2 mos. & am well pleased. I recommend this whirlpool model

Basic washer machine. It is noisy, takes a long time, and doesn’t handle bulky items well.

I could not expect better quality from a washer than the one I purchased last month. I have choices that I did not have with my previous washer. I love the fact that I can choose a double rinse for larger loads. My mother is jealous. I told her to go to best buy and buy the Whirlpool.

My husband bought this while I was away on vacation & despite his research into the product, i’d have to say it’s disappointing. Towels & heavy clothing (ie: jeans, sweatshirts, etc) coming out feeling heavy & not completely spun out. There is also no option for spin only to help to try to get the excess water out. Would not buy another

I have found I need to run a third rinse cycle sometimes. Powder debris remains on the clothes even after second rinse.
