Washer works perfectly, even for king size comforter. No issues with water leaking, as other reviewers seemed to have. Clothes seem to come out cleaner than with our old agitator-style washer that finally stopped working after 10 years. I've tried all the settings, but usually leave it on Quick Wash, Med, Warm. Gets clothes clean like it's supposed to.

Decent washer except for the spin cycle. Since there is no agitator it is real easy to overload the washer. It has an automatic load size sensing so no dial selection for that. Because of this it is real easy to overload washer, and when this is done the clothes will not spin out completely. They will remain very wet, you need to unload and re-spin one or more times to completely get the dampness out.

I’ve only owned it for a month but it works great. Not having a central agitator took a little to get used to because the machine sounds differently. I can easily fit a comforter and get it clean without having to drag it to a laundromat. It definitely can handle a large number of clothes and I like the number of choices for cycle types.

Does well for small loads. For oversize items such as blankets, if using the oversize setting, it will not wring much water out on the spin cycle, hence massive work for the dryer. Spin cycle wringing fine for small loads though. Slightly annoying start/stop/start/stop noise during wash cycle, but tolerable. Still getting used to the machine. Maybe just avoid the Bulky Items/Sheets setting.

Early to tell but operates as advertised. Basic model without bells and whistles. Just what I wanted. Less to go wrong. Previous Samsung washer and dryer were troublesome.

Didn't have to break the bank when I unexpectedly needed a new washer. Works great. The capacity is large enough to easily wash a comforter and heavy loads or you can do a small quick load. Automatically balances and fills with the amount of water you need for whatever size load you have. Had it for about 3 weeks and have had no problems.

I decided for the first time to purchase this washer with the washplate instead of the traditional agitator; it replaced a 13 year old Whirlpool washer. It is easier to load in and scoop out clothes. I had to adjust to the sensing operation and significantly less water the machine uses. I studied the control panel and cycle guide (under the lid) to get a better idea of features. It will seem like there isn't enough water or there are no soap suds. Follow the directions and guides from Whirlpool along with those from the detergent manufacturer. You will get clean clothes. A year and a half later, I am pleased with my decision and the washer performs better in my opinion. I also liked the availability, delivery time, and installation. The delivery team was courteous and efficient. Do not forget to purchase fill hoses and check any offers Best Buy has for delivery, installation and haul away.

It's hard to review a washing machine based on just a few weeks, but here goes. The clothes come out clean and the machine is simple to operate. The proof in the machine will come 15 or 20 years down the line.

Great price for this top loader. Best buy deliver on the same day which was a plus. The washer is a little louder then normal, but if you have it in a room with the door close it wouldn't matter.

Cons...no.agitator so clothes get wrinkled and twisted together easily, washes in the smallest amount of water. Even on deep water setting. Pros...clothes are clean, fairly quiet, easy to operate.

Works well. Not as confusing as some of the other newer machines. No aggitator is different but not bad. Only gripe... it locks, so you can’t just open and add items after wash cycle starts.

This washer is my first brand new washer ever purchased. No problems thus far - great for washing large heavy loads (bulky items). The machine is very noisy but I have it in the garage so not really a issue for us.

I had to replace my washer after dealing with a major run around with Sears not honoring their own repair contract. I will NEVER buy an appliance again at Sears!! So i decided to try Best Buy. I was not sure what to get and the salesman helped me picked this out. I am VERY happy with my selection. It wahes great and can wash larger loads than my old washer. And the customer service from Best Buy was perfect, also including delivery! I've found my new sppliance store!

Easy washer controls for my parents who are in their mid 80's. They wanted a washer without the high tech confusing control panel. Washer runs quite and appears/sounds/feels built solid. Only problem I had was with BestBuy (3rd party delivery service?) delivery service. My delivery was cancelled the morning of the delivery date and had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. No good explanation given. I wasted a entire day travelling from Cleveland to Detroit area to receive the washer and the delivery was cancelled. Delivery Bad. Washer Good.

This washer has performed really well since we got it. I wasn't sure about how well it washes because it is High Efficiency. I recommend that if you aren't getting a great wash, just change the setting from Normal to Bulky Items. It adds a little bit more water to the mix. No agitator in this machine lets you put in bulkier items too.

I’m really happy to have the matching washing machine to the dryer I purchased several years ago. I didn’t realize how loud this new washer would be (like space shuttle taking off loud) and I’m still trying to figure out the settings as my 20 year old washer was very basic. I researched several stores and decided on Best Buy to purchase because I’ve been really happy with Best Buy’s products and service. And it’s nice to have clean clothes again....and really, who needs to do laundry first thing in the morning?

I am impressed with how well this washer cleans my clothes. It is a little noisy when running, but overall I am very satisfied with my new washer.

For a basic washer it really delivers. Does a great job and has enough cycles you can take care of your most delicate items up to comforters. A little on the noisy side but not terrible.

I've had this for a couple of months now and haven't had any issues. Delivery and set up was good. I don't like that I had to purchase the additional hoses, but I guess I can understand in case there are any issues with old ones. The tub space is large enough for all loads. To me it works great for the price. Even though it doesn't have all the fanciness of other $1K-$2K washers it gets the job done. Save the money you'd spend on those much expensive washers and use it for something else.

Love it!! Read all the instructions before using and you will love this washer! I always use the one rinse option then add fabric softener and run a simple one rinse and spin cycle to handle that issue, since it does lack an auto softener dispenser. But I still LOVE it, works great, very efficient! Different than the old style though so do read the instructions!!
