This washer is very efficient quiet and doesn’t waste a lot of water because it adjust the water level based on the size of the load..

Doesn’t clean well, likely due to the agitator. After several weeks of trying to figure out all the functions of this machine, my laundry is never as clean as it should be. Whites are dingy and dirty after the the wash and it does not remove grime from my husbands work jeans. Very disappointed, when I expected more from the brand. It is not energy efficient if more rinsing, soaking or washing is needed and even then I notice my laundry never has that clean scent it did with my old washer. Cycles take longer to run. It had good reviews which is why I purchased.

It's a much noisier machine then I would have thought initially. It kind of makes me miss my old Samsung.

Remember that old commercial, where the woman is running frantically down the stairs to the laundry yelling, “Forgot to add the fabric softener”? That is how it feels. No fabric softener dispenser and downy ball does not work. Does not pour water while lid is open either. Not completely happy.

..reliably and simply. This is my first low water washing machine. (I've used it for maybe a month now.) I had a few things to learn and adjust to but I quickly found it producing excellent results for me. - I readily recommend it to you.

Love washer,don’t like the idea of having to clean and use a monthly solution

I have only had it a few months. For more accurate review I would need at least a yr. Maybe I will edit when the time come.

We purchased this to replace an older Cabrio washer. This one does not have all the fancy options or technical things. Which means less stuff to break. Its a huge washing machine and it washes well and therefore it is perfect.

After having this washer for the pass 2 years not sure I would purchase it again. I thought it would be great for larger loads, because it doesnt have an agitator, but it never seemed to "spin' well and my clothes wer often wetter then expected after I washed them. Whirlpool has always been a trusted brand not sure about this one though

Excellent washer. We do at least 10 loads a week. The delicate cycle is ideal for preserving my office attire and the heavy duty setting cleans the chefs uniforms every time.

The new features of this washer blow my mind. Not having the center agitator is very new to me. Frees up so much washing space, which is awesome. And I chose to purchase a model without the digital features to save money and because it is less likely to break with normal knobs.

I love the drum less washer I can fit so much more in - including comforters!

I thoroughly enjoy this washer/dryer set! The washer gets out stains really well and can fit a LOT of clothes inside. The washer can even fit our king sized comforter in it. The dryer is efficient and effective. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new set!

We purchased the same washer for a second time. We were helped by Chris Prola at the Downers Grove store at 75th and Lemont Road. He handled the entire sale and delivery schedule within 20 minutes. Great experience!

Great washer for the price. Not as fancy as some newer models, but does a great job! Clothes come out clean and much more dry than our previous washer!

I have no clue how long this might last... But it seems like it's well built. If that changes, I'll let ya know....

The washer has worked very well. We have used all the settings and all have worked well. We have owned it for about a year now and still working good. The only thing I miss with the old washer is I could turn it on and mix the soap in with the water before putting the clothes in.

Nice washer. Does its job but tub is a little too small.

Very satisfied. Many features and good quality. Quiet operation and easy to use. Competitively priced.

Washer works great....my only complaint is that you have to manually add the softener but that ia not that big of a deal
