Mom loves her new washer...she was confused that the washer is a water effienct model. She likes it now that her water bill is lower.

First washer delivered had a faulty on/ off switch. Delivery staff noted this but NO one from Best Buy contacted me. I had to make several calls to pursure replacement washer. Delivery staff very limited in installation procedure, I have $30 of new hoses that were not installed and now I have to take them back to the store for a refund. Hoping this washer continues to work.... jury is still out. Customer service lacking....

Just have to get used to length of time it takes compared to my former washer when I could set the length of time it washed. So far satisfied.

a much faster machine than my old one. the quick wash is especially nice for a few garments. clothes spin drier and thus dry faster in the dryer..

Broke within one week. Geek squad said it would take two weeks to get a part in to repair. Absolute piece of junk. All the clothes were twisted together. Was very happy to see it go. They took the machine full of water and all. Returned it and got an LG. that is working great.

Very disappointed that the delivery guys refused to install because I already owned hoses. Had to install myself because I didn't waste $40

Bought a similar model 10 years ago and got lots of wash life out of it. This one was on sale and was just what we were looking for.

I purchased this washer because my other one broke. So far, I have be satisfied with it. It does what I needf it to do.

Still learning machine. Different from what I am used to because there is no center agitator

Really gets the water out after the was cycle, putting less stress on dryer and faster dry times

This washing machine cleans great and was a really good deal. I would have given it 5 stars but it's a little noisy when operating.

Only had them 3 weeks. No problems so far. They work fine, but I wouldn’t expect anything different as they are new

i love everything about this washer except it does not let u open lid while water is on so if you try to rinse the detergent cup out can't do it. small gripe but overall great washer.

Nice washer, easy to install and use. No complaints

This washer is big enough that I can wash my king size comforter. The only draw back is the locking top. If not for that, I'd give it a 5.

This is our first washer and dryer set, works great! Only have had for about 3 monthes but am very happy thus far. Took awhile to configure different settings and procedures but I'm very OCD about laundry...great customer service at the store, great set up crew, great great great!

I have had this unit for a little over a year. Immediately it would not spin and drain. A technician came out and said the part was on backorder. So I had to wait a MONTH for the repair. Last night it stopped spinning and draining again. IF you buy this product BUY THE WARRANTY! Calling immediately at 8AM to schedule yet another tech visit! Something must have changed because I had this model for 10 years before having to replace it. So, I wanted to stay with the same model when shopping last year. Next time I will spend the extra money for a Speed Queen!

Washer seems to be doing a good job cleaning clothes, it is making some unusual noises which may be normal for this unit.

Thought it would be a little more quiet - I think my 16 year old washer made less noise.

Good for what u spent, wish they have a glass top so I can see how it's actually wash my clothes
