Whirlpool told me that they do not come out to my area to service the machine. So I was stuck with a machine that I just purchased for over $1,000. And it didn’t work.Best Buy’s warranty did not kick in yet so they couldn’t help me. Then I called the store manager at Best Buy and he told me to come in. He told me to pick any washing machine in the store. And that he would swap it out and give me the warranty I already purchased. I went with a Samsung. Way better. No issues yet. I also purchased the matching dryer for Samsung. Thank you Best Buy for taking such great care of me.

I fixed it a few times, but was ready for the upgrade. I am a huge fan of the open tub with no spindle, and it really does a nice job of wringing out the clothes before they go to the dyer.

I especially like the energy saving mode where the dryer senses that the clothes are sufficiently cooked and shuts off automatically.

I Like to put my whites in and soak overnight. This washer does not have that option and it also does not have a fabric softener dispenser

I honestly regret not taking my time and going with the washer I wanted but since it wasn't in stock I settled for this Whirlpool. I miss the agitator, seems like it cleans better. I dislike the "automatic" water levels, I feel some loads need more water. I'll just suggest to read reviews before purchase.
