We really like the new washer. Not having a large center makes cleaning jackets and other large items much easier. We like all the options for different loads and the green light on when a load is finish. This is such an improvement over the old unit.

Best washing machine I've ever had! Love that there are several choices for washing different items such as "bulk items". Without an agitator I'm able to wash comforters, blankets, etc that I would normally have to bring to a laundromat.

this really is a great dishwasher having it for over 6 months gives it a whole new prospective on this machine, its great, especially the function that lets you drain it if its been a while since you used it; no smell

I bought this to replace my platinum whirlpool cabrio, didn’t want to buy a whole new set since the dryer is fine, this machine lasted less than 24 hours, I got 1 load finished and it broke, it would not spin rinse and it would not unlock to get my soak and wet cloths out. Gave me a bad feeling about whirlpool and I tried to call the service Dept and they had me on hold for over 30 minutes and they never answered. I felt it was not worth calling for a service call since I just bought it the previous day. I returned it to Best Buy and bought a Samsung

this will be my second time purchasing this item 1st lasted many years through numerous washings of different things. that is why i wanted it again.

We didn't have enough money to get an elite washer and dryer that each costed $800 bucks. So we checked around and found that Best Buy had similar prices for better washers. We bought this washer and have loved it. It has modern features with less cost.

The installation was flawless and the guys who delivered the washer were awesome!! They gave me a quick review of the use of the washer and it couldn't be easier to use!! Does a great job on all loads, large and small!!

I love all of the options on the washer. Only thing I don't like is the water doesn't come out when the lid is open.

my mom really loved the washer. it is pretty much automatic. she just loads the washer and the rest it does it itself.

It is a good washing machine, you just have to find the water level you like
