Out of all the Washing Machines I have had, this is the best one by far! Love the amount of water it saves, less detergent, more settings. There are more added beneficial extras. Price lower than other machines with same amount of settings!

My only negative is a few pieces of laundry don't get as clean and u gotta add them to the next load

Please stay away from this washer, it can not take much load. Even washing a simple comforter it made huge noise like an air plane engine barely 2 months after I purchased a new product and tried washing comforter for the first time. Not just comforter, even winter clothing is too heavy for this washer and it makes noise and start shaking terribly from its position, we found it a couple of feet away from its original position. Very disappointed with the product and it makes me question the positive reviews for this product. I escalated the issue to Whirlpool and they sent a mechanic to replace transmission of the washer but we are very scared to wash any heavy items in it like bedsheets etc.

This replaced an older high end washer that finally gave out. As much as I loved my old washer, this one has been a great replacement. It does a wonderful cleaning job and was on sale for a very fair price.

It does the job however I feel like my clothes don't always come out as clean as they should

I was so excited to get this washer at such a low price. It is super. I think my clothes are cleaner than my Maytag washer. The sales people at the store were very nice and pleasant. The delivery men were also very helpful and kind.

We're very happy with this washer. I hope it lasts much longer than the previous one, but are glad that it is American made & has parts available for repairs if needed.

Quiet operation, no agitator to get in the way of larger items

Great simple washer with no frills lots of wash options. Has large tub to use for sheets, towels and blankets. Had an older model of this machine and liked the simple use of display.

After going to our local Best Buy to "window shop" for a washer and dryer, we got talking to a specialist about our options and budget. We quickly decited to go with the Whirlpool - Cabrio 4.3 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer. We loved it at first and had so much more space to add a few extra things to the wash but soon found out because the tumbler was so much smaller it didn't clean our clothes as well. We had to start washing our bulkier items 2 or even 3 more times and put smaller loads into the washer which just took so much longer to get our laundry done. And with a husband, 4 kids and 2 animals, doing laundry all day just to keep up, is the last thing I want to do.

I like that my clothes don't get caught on the agitator.

Wash cycle is a little loud but the drum is huge and can load lots of clothes and bulky items wash easily

I have a 5 month old child at home and this washer is great for family in a messy situation works wonders

Working ok so far. Delivery, installation, and removal went smoothly.

Washer works really well the first one they delivered had a bad leak sent repair men out to fix and it ended up leaking again so they sat up time to replace it with another new washer and it has worked great

This is the noisiest machine--bangs every time it uses the sensor or goes from one cycle to the next. Have had Whirlpool washers before but this is the worst! Would not recommend this machine

The Customer service at Best Buy was great. However the product (Washer) is a OK rating. The Washer is noisy when in use and hard to watch TV when its running. The Dryer is great. When selling items such as these stores should have examples set up and can turn on to actually test or see how the product works.

Like the fact it doesn't have that agitator in it more room especially for larger items like comforter's.
