The clothing is clean yet the pump does not drain enough water during most wash loads. There is no end of cycle sound. Whirlpool is a great brand however this model is not of good quality.

But I don't like not being able to rinse out my soap cup with the washer water after starting the washer. My old washer allowed me to have the top open and rinse out the cup after the water began to fill. Also, I was used to getting a loud buzzer noise when it was finished washing. This machine doesn't seem to do that.

The settings are easy and basic but complete. Choosing this washer was a really good decision.

Many people had issues with wetness of their clothes, but as long as you read the directions and load properly. There will be no issues.
