    I am extremely happy with my washer. However, the only change I would make is a fabric softener dispenser. I do not like having to wait until the rinse cycle to add fabric softener as I usually miss the cycle.

    I haven’t had the washer a month yet but since I have had it it does the job that it suppose to do. Th Elise the different cycles on it. So far I’m please with it.

    I have been battling with an old washing machine for a very long time. I put lots of time and research as to what the replacement would be. Could not be happier as it seems to be much less rough on my clothing.

    No issues with the actual washer however, it had terrible vibrations during the spin cycle. My laundry is on the second floor and the vibrations made it so noisy that you could hear throughout the house. Unfortunately I had to return and chose another product.

    This washer has a large tub and operates so quietly. Every once in a while we have to run an additional drain/spin cycle, but other than that it works great!

    The washer tub is HUGE !! A lot bigger then I remember it being when I looked at it in the store. But that is ok. I love that it has the water level sensor and I don't have to decide that. It is quiet.

    I need a new washing machine and did a lot of research on-line. Best Buy matched a lower offer, and was good doing my purchase, and installation of my new washing machine. I love Best Buy and will keep coming back.

    MINOR ISSUE IS ONCE STARTED THE TOP IS LOCKED TILL END OF CYCLE, SO YOU CANT ADD SOUP WHEN OPERATING
