The missing center post adds a lot of capacity and the washer is slightly larger inside than a normal washer. Great for washing blankets and comforters.

It shuts off mid wash and you must then manually put in fabric softner and start it again. Ridiculous. I've had a few washing machines and never one without a fabric softner port. I didn't think they would even make one like this. I am horribly dissappointed at being stuck with this machine now
