Does not fill properly with water!!

It dosent matter which cycle or load size you select the washer does not completely fill with water. The clothes are suppose to swim and move around but the washer does not put enough water in for the clothes to move around and get clean. If you try to fill the washer up it’s worse some clothes won’t even get wet. When the cycle is done and you take your clothes out they are not clean. I have not even had it one month and I am getting rid of it.

Boy was I wrong! Big tub little water! Very little water for rinse also! Not good I don't like it, very disappointed. Because it was open box it came with no instructions booklet.
