I called and you are replacing the machine and once it’s installed I will try again. I’m hopeful that I won’t get two duds! One other issue is that nowhere can I find a complete description of what each cycle does and how they differ. I searched on the whirlpool site and no luck. Very surprised that I can’t find the complete descriptions of all the settings in detail.
