Also, sometimes it just gets stuck doing rinse cycles over and over again until I turn it off. I contacted Best Buy and was told there's nothing they could do to help me. I've only had this washer a year. There's no excuse for it to be messing up already and I am absolutely appalled by Best Buy's lack of response here. I won't be buying any more appliances from them in future.
