I have always trusted Whirlpool and Best Buy for my many home purchases, but this was truly disappointing. I have used other washers without an agitator before and my clothes have always been washed and stains removed - this only soaks the clothes in water and does not clean. My clothes could have some deodorant marks, minor stains and nothing will come out even with using different detergents and oxiclean. I urge you DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY for this washer or for Best Buy. You'll be looking to return ASAP. You're better off handwashing your own clothes instead of purchasing this washer.
